Your Role
You are part of a multidisciplinary team bridging business strategy and technology delivery, where you'll: • Take ownership of defined workstreams in transformation projects, covering structuring, execution and close alignment with our clients • Advise clients across strategy, technology, IT architecture and digital business models, helping them identify the right options and set clear priorities • Translate complex technical topics into clear, decision‑ready messages, such as structured analyses, recommendations and presentation‑ready materials • In collaboration settings, manage relevant stakeholders, facilitate alignments and workshops, and work closely with internal experts and external partners • Together with the team and the client, develop well‑founded solution approaches and derive robust, decision‑ready recommendations • Contribute to technology‑driven initiatives across industries such as Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, Private Equity and International Development, while also taking ownership of selected internal topics
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
• You hold a completed university degree in Business, STEM/MINT or a comparable field and are able to quickly understand and contextualise complex technical and strategic topics • You bring relevant professional experience in consulting, IT or transformation environments (Consultant approx. 2–4 years / Senior Consultant approx. 4–6 years) and have already taken responsibility within project contexts • You communicate clearly and appropriately in German and English, enjoy working in an international environment and are willing to travel as required • You are strong in project and stakeholder management, set clear priorities, manage workstreams effectively and remain composed and reliable even under pressure

• You enjoy working in collaborative teams, actively support your colleagues, involve others in a targeted way and proactively seek feedback to continuously develop yourself • You have a strong understanding of technology (e.g. IT architecture, cloud, AI, platforms) and confidently assess technologies in the context of digital business models • You work in an analytical, structured and pragmatic manner and are able to derive clear, actionable recommendations from complex issues
