Over the past years, it has become evident that modern business – and consulting in particular – is changing rapidly. New technologies and an ever-growing legacy landscape continue to add layers of complexity to our world. By letting go of outdated frameworks, entirely new possibilities emerge – enabling approaches that truly address today’s challenges and push beyond the limits of traditional consulting.
By the end of 2024, the time was right for us – a group of technology and industry experts together with experienced consultants, bringing more than 150 years of combined experience in technology management, startups, scale-ups, and global enterprises – to found Amaranth Advisory. Our goal: to build a new type of consultancy equipped to navigate and master increasing complexity.
Born as an AI-native consultancy, and not bound by conventional consulting structures, we believe it takes more than knowledge or frameworks to design and implement sustainable solutions. For us, true excellence emerges from the intersection of expertise, empathy, and technology.
As experienced consultants and entrepreneurs with a hands-on mindset, we know that expertise is essential to navigate today’s complexities and to fully understand each client’s environment – something that cannot be replaced by AI. The same applies to empathy, which is fundamental to truly understanding the unique situation of every organization and ensuring that solutions are executable. The name Amaranth is inspired by the amaranth plant – known for its ability to thrive under changing conditions. It symbolizes resilience, endurance, and adaptability – qualities that are essential to navigate complexity and that define how we work.
