Your Role
You are a senior leader in our advisory practice, operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology, where you'll: • Bring deep consulting expertise and several years of experience in complex transformation projects and take on a central role as a strategic sparring partner for our clients • Have a clear area of expertise—for example in IT strategy, a specific industry, payments, data & AI, organisational development, IT architecture or related topics—and apply this expertise in a targeted way to structure complex challenges, develop options and prepare sound decisions • Confidently guide senior stakeholders through complex and politically sensitive situations, create orientation and alignment, and support decision‑making processes through to completion • Develop executive‑ready storylines, present at management level, and set the standard for clarity, quality and professionalism, especially in critical moments • Identify risks and dependencies early in projects and proactively initiate appropriate measures before issues escalate • Actively shape the development of our client relationships, identify growth and value‑creation opportunities, and build trusted, long‑term networks at management level • Beyond individual projects, influence and develop the team through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and the creation of reusable methods, frameworks and best practices
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
• You hold an excellent university degree in Business, STEM/MINT or a comparable field • You bring several years of professional experience in management consulting, industry or a comparable role (approximately 8–10 years) and have successfully supported complex transformation, strategy or technology initiatives • You have built deep expertise in a clearly defined domain – such as IT strategy, payments, data & AI, operating models, organisational development or IT architecture – and apply this expertise purposefully in demanding project environments • You communicate clearly and appropriately, including in politically sensitive or challenging situations, in German and English, and enjoy working in an international environment with a willingness to travel

• You quickly grasp complex interdependencies, bring structure to ambiguity and derive clear, actionable options for decision‑making • You are confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, excel in storylining and executive communication, and tailor complex content effectively for presentations, workshops and management discussions • You work independently, in a structured and quality‑driven manner, and integrate your expertise seamlessly into multidisciplinary teams
