Your Role
You are a senior leader in our advisory practice, operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology, where you'll: • Lead large-scale digital transformation programs from strategy to execution • Define and oversee technology strategies that drive business growth • Act as trusted advisor to C-level executives on technology-driven business decisions • Shape Amaranth's expertise in emerging technologies and new market opportunities • Guide and mentor consultants, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence • Drive business development and contribute to thought leadership activities
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
• Degree in Business, MINT/STEM, or equivalent qualification • Proven track record in leading transformation programs [Executive Advisor (~6-8 years); Senior Executive Advisor (8+ years) professional experience] • Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with technical understanding • Excellent program and stakeholder management capabilities • Deep understanding of IT architectures, digital platforms, and business model innovation • Professional communication skills in English (German beneficial) • Willingness to travel and work in international settings
