Your Role
You are part of a multidisciplinary team bridging business strategy and technology delivery, where you'll: • Lead or co-lead workstreams within digital transformation projects • Design and steer technology initiatives across our focus industries (Financial Services, Tech Businesses, Manufacturing, Private Equity, International Development) • Analyze client IT landscapes and support strategic architecture or sourcing decisions • Manage client relationships and coordinate with technical experts and partners • Guide Associates while collaborating closely with senior advisors and experts • Translate complex technology topics into actionable business insights
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
• University degree in Business, MINT/STEM, or equivalent qualification • Proven experience in consulting, technology, or transformation [Consultant (~2–4 years); Senior Consultant (~4–6 years)] • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills • Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities • Sound understanding of IT architectures, emerging technologies, and digital business models • Excellent communication skills in English (German beneficial) • Willingness to travel and work in international settings
Desired Skills and Attributes
• Experience in agile or transformation frameworks • Ability to manage workstreams independently and deliver under pressure • Awareness of key technology trends (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Platforms) • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive for innovation and tangible results • Early mentoring and coaching responsibilities for junior colleagues
