Your Role
You are part of a dynamic team operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology, where you'll: • Support transformation projects from analysis to implementation steering • Conduct research and contribute to client deliverables • Assist in analyzing IT landscapes and identifying optimization opportunities • Collaborate with consultants and experts to develop structured problem-solving and analytical skills • Build a foundational understanding of technology strategy and emerging trends • Support project management and communication with stakeholders
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
• University degree in Business, MINT/STEM, or equivalent qualification • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities • Professional communication skills in English (German beneficial) • Structured working style and attention to detail • Genuine interest in technology and digital transformation • Willingness to travel and work in international settings
Desired Skills and Attributes
• First experience in consulting, technology, or scale-up environments • Basic understanding of IT frameworks and transformation concepts • Curiosity for emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Cloud, Digital Platforms) • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to challenges • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in dynamic environments
