Support transformation projects from analysis to implementation steering
Your Role
You are part of a dynamic team operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology, where you'll: • Support the team in transformation projects and independently take ownership of clearly defined tasks – ranging from research and analysis to the preparation of project results • Structure and prepare content in a clear and concise way, for example in slides, short analyses or decision briefs, and learn how to develop coherent and compelling storylines • Actively contribute to client meetings, alignments and workshops, support preparation efforts and take on discussion points and selected conversations • Together with the team and the client, you develop well‑founded solution approaches and derive robust, decision‑ready recommendations • Work with established methods, frameworks and tools and continuously develop your skills through hands‑on project work • Collaborate closely with colleagues and subject‑matter experts, document results thoroughly and help make project learnings and materials accessible and reusable for the wider team
Your Profile
Required Qualifications
• You hold a completed university degree in Business, STEM/MINT or a comparable field and are interested in the intersection of technology and business • You communicate clearly and appropriately in German and English, enjoy working in an international setting and are willing to travel as required • You work in a structured, reliable and detail‑oriented manner, are able to prioritise tasks effectively and execute them with a high level of care
Desired Skills and Attributes
• You have gained initial relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles or a first professional role) and are motivated to develop quickly through hands‑on project work • You bring a solid foundational understanding of technology topics (e.g. IT architecture, cloud, AI, platforms) or strong motivation to build this expertise quickly • You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, actively support your colleagues, involve others where appropriate and proactively seek feedback to support your development
